OWNERS NOT RESPONSIBLE. (Received 10 a.m.) LOX~DOX", April 10. The members of the Wireless Association arc picketing the London Docks in connection -with the strike of wireless operators on steamships, who have gone out on the ground that they were being asked to perform duties not connected with wireless. The shipowners are refusing to negotiate with the Association on the ground that the wireless operators are not the employees of the shipowners, but of the wireless companies.—(A. and X.Z. Cable.)
