FOR EX-SERVICE MEN. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 10. . .-ieut.-Colonel L. C. M. S. Ame.ry (Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiral! ;• -. speaking at Birroingham, said that ' hoped soon to introduce a bill enabling '"'reafc Britain, in co-operation with the Dominions, to start a new scheme under which ex-service men and others would get a chance overseas. The Government, said Mr. Amery, would not encourage men to go overseas unless reasonable arrangements were made for then* to obtain employment.—(A. and X.Z.)
