MATRIC. EXAMINATIONS.

BEGIN NENT WEEK. The examination for Matriculation in the Auckland centre begins on Thursday, December 1, and ends on Monday, December 12. There are 794 candidates, including thirty for University Junior Scholarships. These will be divided for the examination as follows:—Auckland Boys' Grammar School, 233 candidates.
