ATCUSKD FOUXD IXSANE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OREYMOUTH, this day. Tn the Supreme Court to-day Mr. Justice llerdman presiding, the jury in the caee of J. T. Florin Tnzar, charged ■ with areon, found accused insane, and I he was committed to Paparua- Prisoni during the pleasure of the Minister of Justice. For theft at Blackball. Joseph Patrick Mullaney was sentenced to six months' imprisonment.
