DEMAND FOR CUTTING UP. SYDNEY, March 27. The annual conference of the Australian Labour party has opened. Frc3s representatives are excluded. Mr. Lambert, in thp presidential address, after reviewing the past yeaV's progress, said that the party favoured the compulsory subdivision of large estates.
