CENSOR STOPS A MESSAGE
FROM NEW YORK TO JAPAN. NEW YORK. March 27. The Washington correspondent of the •'New York World states that the navai wireless service refused to send to Tokyo a Press dispatch, quotihg Admiral Gleavcs, who declared in a speech at Boston that Japan's nava! power would equal that of the United States by 1928. It is learned that while the censorship is seldom exercised, operators have orders to submit for approval all articles for | which the United States Government 'might be held accountable.—A. and N.Z.
