Trie district of Azerbaijan, where tlie Bolshevik element is strong, has stopped sending supplies of petroleum to the Republic of Georgia. During the dispute which followed "tbe Georgian authorities arrested 14 Azerbaijanis. including the Consul, and also Seized the Consular funds. .Azerbaijan made protests, followed up by threats. Georgia' sreply was an attack on Azerbaijan, fearing that if she did not get - in first she would be herself attacked. — (Reutcr. '
