WAS DIVORCE VALID ? VANCOUVER, November 27. A message from Minden (Nevartn) states that Mary Pickfords fight to establish the validity of her divorce from Owen Moore commenced to-day, when her counsel moved to quash the State's action to set aside the decree and for a changed venue.
The judge announced that he would give his decision on Monday, after which the date of the trial would be set down. Counsel for both sides announced their intention to appeal against an adverse decision on to-day's motion.
