GIANT CRAFT TO RE BUILT. (Received 10.30 a.m.) m, PARIS, September 30. Reports from Berlin state that the Zeppelin Company has agreed witli an American syndicate to transfer to the United States the construction of dirigibles, which were forbidden in Germany by the Versailles Treaty. Tbe company intends io build in America a giant Zeppelin able to "»ross the Atlantic.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
