VIEWS OF THE DOMINIONS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, September 30. The "New York World's" London correspondent says that it is stated in wellinformed quarters that the British Dominions, before sending representatives to London to discuss the. Anglo--Tapanese treaty, will determine their 'joint policy and make their attitude known in the United States, seeking America's viewpoint. It is believed that India plans to raise the" question of the exclusion of Indians from tlie ports of the Empire. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
