RUSSIAN BOY MARVEL. LOXDOX, May 7. A Russian boy violinist, Jascha Hoi--1 fetz. is causing a sensation in London. His debut at the Queen's Hall created a scene unequalled since I'aderewskrs first appearance. Newspapers agree thai Hciietz combines marvellous purity of tons with the ■ arts of a pyrotechnist, though he is i devoid of Slavonic -wildness, and is peri sonallv as impassive as a Red Indian. 1 The "Daily Express -, calls him the "Melba of the violin."
