MIDDLE-CLASS MOVE. LONDON, May l>. Colonel Pretyman Newman, CoalitionUnionist member for Finchley. took hie seat in the House of Commons to-day wearing dungarees. He was received with curiosity and hilarity. Colonel Pretyman Newmafj took this action at the" instance of the liiddle-cla-ss Union, which is sponsoring the movpnmnt for weuring overalls, in view of the high cost of clothing.
