THE HINDU MENACE.

(To tbe realtor.) •^ir,—Permit mc a littte space to again draw the attention of the public to the influx of Hindus into this country. Sir Jas. Allen, Acting-Prime Minister, promised to go into this subject a while back. We have since received his reply, stating nothing can be done to prevent them as they are British subjects. Admitted, but the question is, have the people to stand by, or move out of the way and allow thousands of Hindus to flock into this country and bring down our mode of living. 1 would like to know how a white man is going to compete against the Hindu. From what 1 have scon ot them it is absolutely impossible, and I've-i-beon in places where they are nurherous. No matter how you may tax or try to prevent him, the Hindu will boat the white man every time. We must close our door on this menace without delay.—l am, etc., WHITE TOILER.
