KAISER GROWING ANXIOUS.
PEAK OF EXTRADITION. AMSTERDAM, July 11. The ex-Kaiser telegraphed to the Queen of Holland asking her to intercede with Queen Mary to prevent his extradition. The Dutch Government briefly replied to the Allies' Xote regarding the necessity for surveillance over the ex-Kaiser. It declares it is astonished at such a warning, as the Government has always been conscious of its international oblijfations.—(A, and 2? 2. Cable.}. _^>
