PERSONAL.
Mr. F. V. Frazer. S.M.. left Auckland for Dargaville yesterday. The Hon. Sir Henry and Lady Richards are to shortly leave here for Australia. Mr. J. Payne. M.P.. has left for Wellington. Mr. Tan Henare. M.P. for the Northern Maori district, went to Wellington last evening. Mr. W. J. Scott. Rotorua, is a visitor to Auckland. He is a guest at the Central Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. T. Bunting arrived from Gisborne yesterday. They are staying at the Central. Among visitors to this city are Messrs. T. A. Hyde and G. Vercoe, both from Hamilton. Mr. W. H. Derry. the local manager of the A.M.P. Society, who recently received promotion to the Tasmanian uranch. has now received cable advice from Sydney that be has been appointed to the more important branch of West Australia, with headquarters at Perth.
