MILITARY CONTRACT CASE.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The case against Scoullar and Co., Ltd., of breach of contract under the War Regulations has been settled on condition that the firm pays the Crown £155 re condition of 233 mattresses, aleo paye £50 and costs imposed by the magistrate, and abandons the appeal against conviction.
