VIOLENT FIGHTING IN THE DOBRUDJA. FRESH OFFENSIVE 117 TRANSYLVANIA BEGUN. BUCHAREST, October tf. A communique states: —"Our forces which crossed the Uanube between Rustchuk and Turtukai, having concluded the demonstration, retired to the left bank of the river. "Very violent fighting continues on the whole Dobrudja front." A communique states: —"After three days' fighting, we captured enemy fortifications in the region of Paraja, between Kronstadt and Dorna Watra. Reuters Bucharest correspondent adds:—"Thus it is clear that the Rumanians have started a fresh offensive in Central Transylvania."
