It ie authoritativeyl stated that King Constantine's acceptance of Cabinet's resignation was prompted by his own opinion that it is necessary to reorganise the army before abandoning neutrality. GREEK GOVERNMENT CONFESSES BANKRUPTCY. ATHENS, October C. Owing to shortage of the Greek Government has suspended payments.
