BULGARIA'S BARGAIN.
VASSALAGE FOB SUN PROMISE ■ i (Received 9.5 a.m.) PARIS, February 25. The newspaper published by T. Jonescu, the leader of the Rumanian Liberal i party, and. head of the pro-Ally party in j the country, states that Germany had I contracted to obtain for Bulgaria the territory in Macedonia that was part of Old Serbia, and also eecure Salonika. Bulgaria was further promised the Rumanian district of Dobrudja as far as the river Sulina. Bulgaria was to bind herself to 40 years' vassalage, especially, in the economic field.
