BANKRUPT VALUER AND AGENT.
James Kimmo Baxter, in a statement furnished to the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy, givee his total liabilities at £157 15/, and assets nil. Debtor states he was carrying on business as a valuer and agent at Auckland for about two years. His total indebtedness was £157 15/, which includes about £80 of household debte. Debtor states further:
"I have been forced to file, aa I was imprisoned because of my not paying a certain judgment summons iseued. A brother letn mc £6 required to file. I hope by the commissions I will earn to be able to pay all my creditors in full, but I have not any assets to enable mc to pay anything at present. T have ten children, nine living at home, and there ie a bill of sale over the furniture which belongs to my wife. I have been going behind since August last, as owing to the war I put through very few sales."
