GERMANY'S DESPERATE NEED OF MONEY.
(Received 105 a.m.) LONDON, March lfi. The German Government has circularised the schools asking the children to devote all their savings to the war loan. The scholars in the schools of Berlin have been urged to raise nine million marks.
