TALK OF DEPOSING THE SULTAN.
GERMAN RANKS IN TURKEY SEND GOLD TO RERUN
LONDON, March 16. It is reported that fugitives at Bucharest from Constantinople say there is much talk of a possible deposition of the Sultan. If the Allies force the Dardanelles, tbe Turks arc resolved to sink the cruisers Breslau and Goeben. The German banks in Constantinople have sent 32 eases of gold to Berlin.
