NEUTRAL CABINET FORMED IN GREECE
MEMBERS FAVOURABLY DISPOSED TO TRIPLE ENTENTE. / LONDON, March 10. M. Gounaris, a former Minister for Finance; has formed a Cabinet with leanings to the Triple Entente. The London "Times" correspondent says the new Premier 'is one of the ' most distinguished of the younger Greeks. His foreign policy will be neutrality, marked by a favourable, disposition towards Scrvia. M. Gounaris is combining the Premiership with the Portfolio of War. His leading colleagues are pronounced partisans of the Triple Entente. *.
