REDMOND'S ANNOUNCEMENT. FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES. LONDON, August 5. Sir Edward Carson has advised the Government that all the Ulster volunteers who are liable to be called out will respond immediately, as their lirst duty is to the King. Several steam yachts have been offered to the Government for use as hospital ships. Since Mr. Redmond's declaration there has been significant fraternising of Nationalist aud English Unionist members.
