AN APPEAL ENTERED. COSTS NOT PATD OVER. (Received 5.30 a.m.) LONDON", November 10. Mr Justice Darling, who heard the Wootton-Sievifr racing libel »vii, in which a verdict for a farthing damages was driven notion, costs going with the verdict, has granted a stay of execution for the payment of the cost--. Sievier's counsel urged that if the appeal whfbc had been entered proved SQcessful, it might be neeesary to sue for costs in Australia, whither the Woottons
were proceeding. Mr Justice Darling i- marked that hp doubted at the time of his judgment whether he not to have deprived plaintiff of his costs, but he was not glad the case was going to the Court of Appeal.
