RAILWAY TRAFFIC DISLOCATED. (By Telegraph.—Press Associatlou.) DUNEDIN, Sunday. The railway traffic wasbadly dislocated ve&terday owing to the line near Otokai being .about four feet under water. Trains from Invercargill and Clinton were -held up at Henley. Relief trains were dispatched, but, the passengers did not arrive here until about 3 .p.m. The first -express >to Invercargill, and the •morning train to Clinton were cancelled, as also was the goods service. By 6.30 p..m. the water had subsided sufficiently to allow trains to cress at Tednced speed. The second express for Invercargill left Dunedin about 7.30 p.m., some three hours late. Traffic on the north line was further delayed .by a slip near Puketeraki, both expresses' for the north being delayed about four hours. Passengers and goods trains from Dunedin to Oamaruwerc cancelled. The first express from the north did not arrive here until 7.30 p.m.. but the second express came in up to time. On tbe Otago Central line another fall of about one 'hundred tons of rock and earth has taken place at Hindon, but men .-ere busy clearing the 6lips away, and there is -hope that the service will be resumed to-mtorrow.
