MOTGR FRAUD CASE.
LONDON, July 28. The hearing of the Australian motor car case was continued to-day at Boty Street Police Court.
The defendants, Ralph Millburn, Walter Remsley, Edward Bruce, Anthony Cuthbertson, and Alfred Kemsley, were charged with having conspired with Raymond Kemsley, William Crowle Cecil Bray, Charles B. Kellow, Isaac Phizackerley, and others to defraud His Majesty's Customs of duty on motor cars, cycles, tyres, and accessories imported into Australia, by means of false invoices and declarations, between January and July, 1910.
After further evidence had been heard, the case wa«» adjourned until September 13.
