PANAMA CANAL TOLLS.
A REPORTED SETTLEMENT. WILSON ANXIOUS TO SHELVE IT (Received 11.10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 15. President Wilson is understood to be anxious to shelve the question until the tariff is settled, thus avoiding a possibility of fissures developing in the Democratic majority.
