MRS. FULHAM'S OFFER.
TO TURN KING'S EVIDENCE. (Received 5.41 a.m.) DELHI.. January 24. The Chief Justice has refused the application to turn King's evidence which was made by Mrs. Fulhani. who is standing trial iii company with Lieutenant Clarke for the murder of her husband. Clarke is also being tried for the murder of his wife.
