CASTRO KEEPS MUM.
WASHINGTON, January 31
Mr Charles Nagel (Minister in Charge of Immigration) has finally ordered exPresident Castro to be deported on the ground that the latter absolutely refused to answer a question whether he participated in the killing of General Paradez during one of the Venezuelan insurrections. The authorities hold that the crime was not a political one, and that it involved moral turpitude.
