The Peace Conference met again to-day in St. James' Palace under the presidency of M. Nova Povics (Servia). The Allies' peace conditions were presented by the president, after which the Turkish delegates Btated that they required time to consider the demands of the confederacy. They stated that they would not insist on the revictualling of Adrianople. An adjournment was accordingly, made until Saturday. The Porte has cabled fresh instructions to its delegates in London. It is believed that these invoke the Powers' good offices to promote an agreement..
