FIGHTING IN JANINA.
DJAVTD PASHA ICCLLED. (Received 11.11 p.m.) ATHENS, December 23. Revere fighting is reported from the vicinity of Janina, Epirus. The Turkish right was driven in. Djavid Pasha, es-Minister of War, was killed. Reinforcements enabled the Turks to drive off the Greeks. The casualties on both sidts were heayy.
