A waiter named Delferro. who committed suicide at Bologna, confessed while he was dying that anarchists had drawn lots which of them should kill King Emanuel. The lot fell on Delferro himself. He was given money to commit the crime, but his courage failed, and he spent the money on drink. Fearing the vengeance of the anarchists, he committed suicide.
