NEW YOKE, July 30. The balloon "Uncle Sam," piloted by Mr H. E. Honeywell, of St. Louis, and startine from Kansas City, won tiie elimination race (preparatory to the Gordon-Bennett flight) keeping afloat for , 35 hours. The distance covered was 025 j forced the balloon to descend. J
