RUSSIAN PRESSMAN SUSPECTED. '(Received 8 a.m.)' ,<•■ l ' : .m ; PARIS, September 10. Hostrowisky, a Russian, and a wellknown writer, has been arrested in conaeclion with several Phoenician stsiu«ttes recently stolen from the Louvre, End res'toresd through the "Paris Journal," which Hostrowisky represented Negotiations with the police, which, it 5s believed, are connected with the stolen "La Giocondu," werei proceeding at the time of the arrest.
