ASTOR SECRETLY MARRIED.
FLOUTING PUBLIC OPINION, (Received 8 a.m.) NEW YORK, September 10. Colonel John Jacob Astor was married secretly to M'isa Madeline Force. He left with his wife immediately after the ceremony in a yacht for an unknown destination. Before leaving Mr Astor gave a statement to the Press, stating that now he was happily married, he did Hot care how difficult divorce and remarriage might be made.
