VBB OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. ENDS IN A DRAW. (Received 1.30 pjo.) LONDON, June 29. Hβ open golf championship resulted in an exciting finish, Harry Vardon and Amaud Massey, the French champion, tying with 303 each, E. H. Hilton, amateur champion, was third, with 304, and Braid and Ray came next with 305. The Hon. M. Scott (Australia) was fourth with 320.
