SIDNEY, this day. In the House of Assembly the Opposition B adopting blocking tactics, and it was after midnight before the Arbitration BUI debate was resumed. Mr. Wade then asked that it be allowed to stand over till ffnesday. The Minister in charge of the bill (Mr. Jieeby) declined. Mr. Story (leader of the Independents) gangrfly): "Then it is war to the knife." Ihe debate is proceeding.
