THREE POLICEMEN SHOT.

IN A BERLIN TAVERN.

BERLIN, June 11. There was a sensational occurrence in Friedrich Strasse, the most frequented street, during the early hours of the morning. A veil-dressed youth the police for offering violence to a woman of the town. Three police followed the youth into a tavern, and summoned him to go with them to the police station. The youth thereupon drew a revolver and killed the three police, and wounded a waiter in the lungs. Failing to escape, he returned to the bar and shot himself dead in the presence of other police and the terrified patrons of the tavern. The youth's identity is unknown.
