FIJI'S ENSLAVEMENT.
NATIVES AND THE ROADS. (Received 10.5 a-m.) SYDNEY, this day. The secretary of the Labour Council has received a letter from a resident of Fiji seeking to enlist the Council's sympathy against what he terms the enslavement of the natives. He alleges that the natives are compelled, in spite of protests, to keep the roads in order without payment of any kind.
