PAPAROA.
A very successful "Coronation" social In connection with the Methodist Ladles' Guild was held In the hall on Wednesday evening, June Bth. A stall of useful and fancy articles, left over from the late bazaar, was the chief centre of attraction, and did a brisk busiuess, every article being sold. The children (of whom In this district there is no lack) were not forgotten, and the sweet stall was well patronised. Various competitions were successfully run during the evening, and musical items, by local and visiting artists, were much enjoyed. The Guild will profit to the extent of £20.
