A SHEARER'S DODGE.
.SYDNEY, this day. At the hearing of the shearing award case a shearer gave evidence that it was a common practice to allow a slower shearer to use the names of those with a reputation for fast work when applying for emuloyment. Further evidence was fiven as to the much increased cost of living.
