AN ANGLO-GERMAN WAR.
EMU- REICH SAYS IT MUST COME. BERLIN, August 21. Dr. Emil Reich, the celebrated historian and lecturer, makes the gloomy prediction that an Anglo-German war must take place. He declares that the antagonism between Britain and Germany can be terminated by nothing short of a conflict. "If." he says, "the Germans are victorious over the British fleet they can invade England and hold it for some time. •'The British, with their present army |j;-ganisation," the doctor further declares, "could never invade one town in Germany."
