A BANKRUPTCY ANNULLED.
WHAT THE WILL REVEALED. (Received 8.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 15. Owing to deception having been practised, Judge Benson annalled the discharge of the late Charles Clayton's bankruptcy. He died in Australia in 1905, after unconditional discharge had been given in 1901. His will revealed an estate valued at £12,000, chiefly invested, by methods of deception, in Australia before discharge.
