A TAILOR'S SUICIDE. I (Received 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, July 15. Weiss, an Alsatian tailor, committed suicide at Rheims after seven unsuccessful attempts at drowning, hanging, shooting, and stabbing. He finally succeeded by suffocating himself.
