A JL pec ' nl m <*eting of the above was held on Thursday, the 10th Inst., at 8 p.m., to consider a notice of motion from Tramways C.C. to amend the rules dealing with the granting of permits. There were 15 delegates present. Mr Farrelly, of the Tramway C.C, presiding. A lengthy discussion took place on the motion, which was eventually lo«t. The motion was the outcome of applications from John Court C.C and the Tramways C.C. to register players, and eventually it was decided that as the Tramways and J. Conrt's application to rcister players was received before the 31st the Association must consider same, consequently 19 names were registered for 3 Court and one for Tramiwavs. It was decided that the match Tramways v. Devonport A be awarded Devonport A by default, aLso Devonport R v. Karangahape be awarded Karangahape by default, A protest from G. Court against Railways who claimed a draw, was dealt with arid eventually the match awarded O. Court on the ground that the Railways played an unregistered player. The question of calling time was raised and it was decided that this be left in the hands of opposing captains. It was reported that the Bakers' C C had in Its two first matches, played a man who was also a registered player In a Saturday Association. The secretary -was instructed to write for particulars.
