AUSTRO TURKISH SETTLEMENT
TERMS AGREED UPON. RUSSIAN PRESSURE IN SERVIA. CONSTANTINOPLE, February 27. A protocol has been signed, embodying the terms of the Austro-Turkish settleraeiit. The Turkish boycott of Austrian goods is rapidly disappearing. Russia has agreed to join with the other Powers in bringing diplomatic pressure to bear on Servia. This step will show Servia that she cannot rely upon the Russian Pan-Slavs. VIENNA BOURSE BUOYANT. (Received 8.10 a.m.) VIENXA. February 28. The Vienna Bourse Is buoyant after Russia's adhesion to her representations to Belgrade.
