AN ARTISTIC TRIUMPH.

" CHRISTMAS GRAPHIC ' A HECORD NtTMBER. PUBUCATXON MONDAY. FRESU LAUEELS FOR THE LEADING ANNUAL, A record in the history of colonial publishing will be achieved on Monday, when the., Christmas number of "The New Zealand Graphic" will be on. sale throughout the city and suburbs. It is to the artistic perfection of this issue that we particularly wish to draw attention. Not only has the subject matter been most carefully selected, but the artistic work that has been expended upon its presentation has extended over anany months. The coloured scene of one of the beauty spots of the famous Wanganui river sets a new standard lor lithographic work in the Dominion. The cover, with its fine Maori face as centre piece, and its brown gold and green tints, cannot fail to be universally admired. The greatest praise that can be given the contents—and praise that in every sense is "well merited—is that they are in keeping with the two features already referred to as first catching the eye. It is not intended here to catalogue the many attractions of this greatest of New Zealand annuals, but rather to draw attention to the fact that Monday is the day of publication. A casual glance at the number will suffice to establish its excellence. What we would especially impress upon the public is the fact that the edition, though large, has its limits, that there can be no further edition, and that early application is necessary to avoid disappointment. You will find it good advice to BUY ON MONDAY. I
