A TURKISH PROTEST.
BULGARIA'S ACTION. A FRATRICIDAL STRUGGLE. CONSTANTINOPLE, October 12. At a meeting attended by 20,000 people, at Adrianople, it was resolved to telegraph to all the great Powers, excepting Austria, protesting against the declaration of independence by Bulgaria and. the annexation ot the provinces of Bosnia and Herzegovina by Austria. A great meeting at Salonika charged Bulgaria with attempting to disturb the ■tranquillity of Macedonia and revive the fratricidal struggles of the past Cheers were raised outside the Consulates of Britain and Greece, and the Servian and Bulgarian agencies were hooted.
