THANKS TO BRITAIN.
FEELING IN CETTINJE. LONDON, October 12. Sir Edward Grey (the British Foreign Minister), in reply to Montenegro's protest, declared that the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was a violatiou of the Treaty of Berlin. At a great meeting at Cettinje, the capital of Montenegro, a resolution expressing thanks to Great Britain was carried, amid cheers. The Austrian Consulate shield vras burnt at Antivari.
